Dave O'Meara

Dave O'Meara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and development within the human capital management sector. Since April 1998, O'Meara has held multiple roles at Oracle, including Product Strategy Director for HCM Compensation and Benefits, focusing on Fusion HCM Benefits and Common Architecture Strategy, as well as leading the UK HCM Consulting practice. O'Meara also managed the HR Global Apps Team, where responsibilities included the development of online compensation management tools. Prior to Oracle, O'Meara served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Berkshire County Council from April 1985 to March 1998, overseeing the development of Oracle HR bespoke applications for various public service sectors. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Exeter, a Diploma in Field Archaeology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
