Debra Carris

Debra Carris, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Since June 2008, Carris has held multiple HR roles at Oracle, including HR Director, Sr. HR Manager, and Sr. HR Business Partner, all focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Oracle, Carris served as a Business Systems Analyst and Staff/HR Manager at BEA Systems from February 2002 to June 2008, and as an HRIS Specialist at Incyte Genomics for a brief period in 2001-2002. Earlier career experience includes positions as an HR Analyst at Novell (1999-2001) and as an HR Representative at Tandem Computers (1995-1998). Carris holds a BA in History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley.
