Dianna Owen

Dianna Owen is an experienced professional in employee relations, HR data privacy, and governance, currently serving as Vice President EMEA at Oracle since October 2009. Owen has held various leadership roles at Oracle, including Senior Director and Director of EMEA Employee Relations, where responsibilities included designing and managing pan-EMEA consultation processes and advocating for strategic workforce planning. A key contributor to a multi-national project team at Oracle, Owen played a significant role in the development of standardized employment contracts during the integration of acquired companies, most notably the Sun Microsystems acquisition. Prior to Oracle, Owen served as a Trainee Solicitor at Owen White Solicitors and held roles in data privacy and protection at Oracle and as a Marketing Assistant at Extraprise. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from City St George's, University of London, and an LLB in European Law from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
