Doron Bar-Caspi

Doron Bar-Caspi (Zilberman) serves as the Group Vice President of Cloud Engineering Services at Oracle, a role commenced in April 2019, overseeing the growth of Cloud and Tech businesses through exceptional engineering services and cloud adoption initiatives. Previous positions at Oracle included Group Vice President of Cloud Engineering Delivery and Operations, VP of Technical Program Management, Senior Director of Product Management, and Director of Product Management. Before joining Oracle, Doron held several leadership roles at Microsoft, including Principal Group Program Manager for Skype and Teams Infra, and played a significant role in launching Microsoft Teams. Early career experience includes leadership positions at Tzunami Inc. and project management within the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Doron holds degrees in Computer Science, Law (L.LB), and Business Administration (IT) from Netanya Academic College and an education from the IDF Computer Science Academy.
