Eric Kinnoin

VP, Finance at Oracle

Eric Kinnoin is currently the VP of Finance at Oracle. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the business and financial operations field. Eric started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1998 as a Trust Administrator. In 1999, they were promoted to Director of Service Business Operations. Eric then became Sr. Director of Strategy and Business Analytics in 2012. In 2013, they were again promoted to Sr. Director, Managed Print Services Business Operations. Eric held this position until 2015 when they left HP to join Oracle.

At Oracle, Eric has been instrumental in driving significant breakthroughs in the company's portfolio, with new offerings in multi-vendor, partner managed services, and hardware/supplies functionality. Eric has also created a simplified contract for managed services and driven an 18% improvement in standardized contract usage. In addition, they have integrated deal governance elements into SFDC implementation, enabling one GTM engine for managed services. Eric has consistently exceeded all financial goals for competitive parts cost improvements and created and implemented a new solutioning tool client with wide adoption, reducing the time to quote new deals by 90%.

Eric Kinnoin has a MBA from California State University-Sacramento in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Eric Kinnoin reports to Ivgen Guner, EVP, Finance. They are on a team with Tom Nguyen - VP, Corporate FP&A, Scott Gawel - SVP, Corporate Controller, and Brendan Quigley - VP, Financial Planning.
