Florentina Sonu has extensive experience in process and information management, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. At real,- Hypermarkets (Metro Group) from October 2007 to October 2013, Florentina served as a Business Consultant, supporting merchandising applications and ensuring their proper functioning. Prior to this, from April 2001 to June 2007, Florentina was a Store Manager at Angst RO S.R.L., where responsibilities included meeting sales goals, customer satisfaction, and staff performance appraisals. From October 2013 to March 2022, Florentina held positions at Oracle as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Principal Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support for financial products and HCM applications. Most recently, Florentina worked at Microsoft as a Support Engineer for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, delivering financial and technical support. Florentina holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems.
