Frederic Dubois has extensive experience in applications development and operations, having held key leadership positions at Oracle Corporation from 1994 to 2021. In their role as Vice President, they managed the Oracle China Development Center in Suzhou, overseeing a team of around 300 staff and multiple product lines.
