Heather Hagedorn has extensive experience in the fields of human capital management and consulting. At Oracle, Heather served as both Director of Oracle Cloud HCM Product Strategy and HCM Solution Consultant Manager within a brief tenure in March 2016. Prior to this, Heather worked at Taleo from June 2007 to June 2012 as a Solutions Consultant. Heather's career began at American Century Investments, where responsibilities included roles as Sr. Staffing Consultant and HR Generalist from September 1999 to June 2007. Heather earned a degree in History from Truman State University between 1994 and 1998.
