Hector Nava

Hector Nava is a Group Manager in Financials Product Management at Oracle, where they lead teams to define and deliver the next generation of Fusion Financials Cloud. With over a decade of experience in enterprise product development, Hector has guided products from concept to launch, focusing on customer-driven design and operational excellence. Previously, they managed enterprise financial platforms at Meta and executed large-scale ERP and EPM transformations at PwC. Hector also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Denver, supplementing their extensive background in financial systems with a commitment to education. They hold multiple degrees from the University of Denver and The Ohio State University, including a Master of Accountancy and an MBA.
