Holly Nelson is a Senior Director of Change Navigation at Oracle, where they design innovative solutions to help clients manage and sustain organizational change. Previously, Holly co-owned National Computer Technologies, overseeing the instructional design team and client projects from 1995 to 2021. From 2011 to 2020, they served as the Director of Change Management and Training at Rizing HCM. Holly is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology and Mathematics/Computer Science at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
