Irvin Romero

Irvin Romero is a Snr DC Thermal & Power Management Engineer at Oracle since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in thermal and power management from previous roles. At Microsoft, from November 2019 to April 2024, Irvin served as a Hardware Program Manager, following a position as a Thermal Engineer at Supermicro from May 2017 to November 2019. Irvin began a career at Cisco in June 2015 as a TME Support Engineer, and earlier as a Thermal Test Engineer, where responsibilities included conducting thermal testing and data analysis. Irvin’s foundational experience also includes roles focused on process documentation and experimentation. Irvin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
