Jose Leonardo Serres has extensive experience in cloud and hardware field operations, currently serving as Vice President of Cloud and Hardware Field Operations – Americas at Oracle since February 2010. Prior roles at Oracle include Director of Business Operations & Planning and Director of Customer Services Delivery, where strategies for service delivery transformation were implemented. Previous experience includes positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc. as Senior Manager and Director in customer service delivery and business operations, as well as Area Manager for LACR Account Management Ops. Early career roles were held as a Technical Consultant at EMSCA and Senior Software Support Engineer at ems, C.A. Jose Leonardo Serres holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management and Leadership from Capella University and completed the AEI Executive Program at IESE Business School.
