Josh Kanner

Josh Kanner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and venture capital. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product and Strategy for Analytics & AI at Oracle, Kanner focuses on developing predictive analytics to manage risk in the built environment. As a Venture Partner at Converge Venture Partners and previously at CommonAngels Ventures, Kanner supports seed and early-stage tech entrepreneurs in Boston, New England, and New York City. Kanner founded and led Newmetrix, which utilizes AI to enhance construction safety and efficiency, and co-founded Tegos Technology, aimed at innovating trust in remote systems. Kanner holds an MBA in Technology Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology (Environmental Science) from Brown University.
