Karen Rae is an ERP professional with over twenty years of experience in consulting and project management, leading global software implementation teams across North America. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including as a Senior Project Manager at Oracle and a Customer Success Program Leader at Sage. Karen is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through strategic thinking and exceptional service, while also being skilled in relationship management and project governance. They are currently pursuing degrees in Project Management and Business Administrative Studies at Mohawk College and York University, respectively.
