Karen Waldmann is a passionate events and creative professional with a strong proficiency in operations. Currently serving as the Director of Event Strategy and Business Operations at Oracle, they have previously held roles at Cater2.me and Entire Productions Inc., where they focused on enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional client service. With a background in accounting and HR, Karen works with small business owners through White Seal Strategies, helping them improve their business operations and produce impactful events. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Santa Clara University in 2010.
