Kavita Deshpande

Kavita Deshpande has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies. At Oracle from June 2011 to September 2022, Kavita held various leadership roles including Practice Director and Practice Manager for ERP SaaS, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 40 consultants, overseeing resource assignments, performance reviews, and talent retention and development. Prior experience at Sonata Software involved training and project development as a Technical Lead, while early career experience as a Corporate Trainer at TULEC COMPUTER EDUCATION included developing courseware and training corporate clients in Oracle PL/SQL and related technologies. Kavita holds an Executive General Management Programme degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
