Ken Peterka is currently the Software Development Vice President for Java Card at Oracle, where they manage innovative software projects and leverage machine learning technology. Previously, Ken served as the VP of Software Development for both Intelligent Document Recognition and Fusion Middleware at Oracle, contributing to the creation of the Intelligent Document Recognition cloud service. As the founder and former President & CEO of Captovation, which was acquired by Oracle, Ken demonstrated expertise in software product management and agile development methodologies. Ken also holds an A.A.S. in Business Computer Programmer/Analyst from Central Texas College and gained foundational experience as a Specialist in the US Army.
