Kiely Sweatt

Kiely Sweatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales performance design, education, and innovation. Currently serving as a Global Sales Performance Designer and Director of Experience and Enablement for North America Application Sales at Oracle, Kiely is responsible for developing teams of strategists and experience designers in cloud implementation projects. Kiely is also a Professor at William & Mary, teaching interdisciplinary approaches to business problem-solving. Previous roles include co-founder of The Wild, faculty member at Parsons School of Design, and lead trainer at The Design Gym, where Kiely facilitated courses in design thinking and user experience research. As Sales Consultant and Director for Another Tomorrow, Kiely focused on expanding business operations in North America. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Poetry from The New School and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from West Virginia University.
