Kris Edwards

Kris Edwards has extensive experience in compensation management, with a career spanning over two decades in notable positions. At Oracle from January 2017 to July 2021, roles included Vice President, Compensation, Sr. Director, and Compensation Director. Prior to Oracle, Kris served as Executive Director of Global Compensation at TeleTech, where responsibilities included leading global compensation programs across 15 countries and managing an international team of 17. Experience at Red Circle Consulting involved implementing compensation systems for various industries and leading traditional compensation projects. Earlier roles included Compensation Manager positions at Great-West Life and TeleTech. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from UNLV Lee Business School.
