Laine Sobel

Laine Sobel is a seasoned professional in event management with extensive experience in leading global events. Currently serving as Vice President for Global Events at Oracle since March 2025, Laine previously held various senior positions at NetSuite from July 2015 to March 2025, including Senior Director and Head of Global Events. Additional experience includes event contractor roles at Xero and Key Events, where Laine was Senior Account Manager, and program management at Hello Florida. Laine possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Event/Sports/Entertainment Management and Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management from The George Washington University and Johnson & Wales University.
