Lalit Grover is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Oracle, a position held since 2022. With 23 years of development and architecture experience in telecommunications technologies, Lalit previously served as a Senior Principal Architect and Director of Engineering at Oracle from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Technology at Aricent and have held various engineering roles there, including Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead. Lalit began their career as a Research Engineer at the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) from 2002 to 2004 and holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and an MBA in International Business from The ICFAI University, Dehradun.
