Lewis Thompson

Lewis Thompson is the Senior Vice President of Development for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud. In this role, Lewis directly oversees Oracle Global Payroll, Country Extensions, Absence, Time Management, and various other critical applications, with a recent focus on integrating AI and automation into business solutions. With 30 years of experience in developing HCM software applications at Oracle, Lewis has led teams across 20+ countries and has been instrumental in the evolution of Oracle's HCM Cloud. Additionally, Lewis serves on the board of Family Connections. Lewis holds a Master’s degree from UC Santa Barbara, awarded in 1996.
