Marco Jimenez has over 10 years of experience in Information Technology and Systems, specializing in the implementation and operation of business intelligence systems. They served as the Acting Manager at Protiviti Mexico and Deloitte México, and took on the role of Analytics, BI & EPM Manager Sr at Grupo Fanafesa until 2022. Currently, Marco works at Oracle in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) division. Marco holds a Master’s in Data Science from Universidad del Valle de México and has completed additional studies in business administration and management from reputable institutions, including Harvard Business School.
