Margaret Ward

Margaret Ward is a PhD candidate in Educational Leadership and currently serves as the Global Onboarding, Learning & Leadership leader at Oracle. Since 2021, they have been translating organizational goals into strategic action plans and enhancing learning experiences across 147 countries. Previously, Margaret held senior roles at companies such as Wells Fargo, AIG, Cigna, and Charter Communications, where they focused on learning and development initiatives. They earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a B.S. in Business Administration Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating summa cum laude.
