Mehdi Salour

Mehdi Salour currently serves as the Senior Vice President Operations and Support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, a position held since October 2024. Salour has been the Chair and Board Member of the Industry Advisory Board of the Computer Engineering Department at San Jose State University since December 2016. Prior to joining Oracle, Salour had a distinguished career at 8x8 from October 2000 to October 2024, where roles included Senior Vice President of Global Network and DevOps, Senior Vice President of Network Operations and Support, Vice President of Network Operations, Vice President of Service Delivery and Support, Director of Technical & Customer Support, Manager of Customer Support, Network Engineer, and Systems Administrator. Salour holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Networking Software from San Jose State University.
