Pam Lease

Pam Lease is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations and transformations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Finance Transformation and Strategic Accounts at Oracle since September 2018, Pam previously held senior finance roles at INC Research and Syneos Health, and was pivotal in financial management at Tekelec before its acquisition by Oracle. With a solid foundation in finance established through earlier positions at Micro Focus, The Marathon Group, and Ernst & Young, Pam possesses expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, deal management, and revenue recognition. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from UNC Asheville.
