Geoff Kalan

Geoff Kalan has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Senior High School Intern at Lambchop Production in 2008. Geoff then worked as an Operating Room Assistant at Greenwich Hospital in 2008 and as a Summer Intern at Clearbrook Financial in 2009. In 2010, they interned at Major League Soccer in Player Relations and Competition, where they played a key role in implementing a new computer system and served on the Competition Committee.

From 2011 to 2012, Geoff worked as a Summer Research Associate at Wells Fargo Bank, where they conducted research on potential opportunities for Global Banking expansion and obstacles in opening Shanghai as an International Financial Center. Geoff also participated in the Tuck Bridge Summer Program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 2011.

Geoff then joined Avascent in 2012 and held various roles, including Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Consultant - Engagement Manager. At Avascent, they served as a strategy and management consultant, specializing in government-driven markets.

In 2017, Geoff worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Lazard, and from 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at the same company. During their time at Lazard, they gained experience in investment banking.

Most recently, Geoff joined Playfly Sports in 2020 as the Chief of Staff before being promoted to Chief Strategy Officer in September 2021.
