Paul Armstrong is currently the VP of Food and Beverage Development at Oracle, where they direct the creation of IT solutions for the food and beverage sector. With nearly 30 years of experience in restaurant technology, Paul previously served as CEO of XCO Digital from 2008 to 2020 and held various senior positions, including CTO, at MICROS Systems from 1981 to 2008. Paul earned a BA and MA in Engineering from Cambridge University between 1977 and 1980.
