Phil Roy

Phil Roy has extensive experience in information systems and customer database management, with over 16 years as a Director at Oracle Corp, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of products and business practices. Previously, Phil served as Director of Solution Delivery at Agile Software, focusing on similar database management tasks. Prior experience includes a role as IT Systems Architect at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, leading a team to develop a cohesive information systems architecture for supply chain management, as well as a position as Supervisor of MIS at United Technologies, overseeing information systems for plant operations. Phil holds an MS in Business & Public Planning from the University of Arizona and a BA in English from Bucknell University.
