Pierre-Alain Baetz

Pierre-Alain Baetz has extensive experience in technology sales and management, particularly in the European and Central Asian markets. At Oracle, from June 2022 to June 2025, Baetz held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of DB Platform & Cloud Infrastructure and Vice President of Tech Software SMB across various regions. Prior to Oracle, Baetz worked at BEA Systems as a Global Account Manager for Groupe Société Générale and as a Major Account Executive in the financial services sector. Previous positions also include France Sales Leader at Planview, Inc., and Account Manager at Niku Corporation. Baetz began a career in sales at Team Partners Group as an Ingénieur Commercial. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science from MBS School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Management from Heriot-Watt University.
