Raefer Gabriel

Raefer Gabriel is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software development. Currently serving as SVP Engineering for Clinical AI and Clinical Digital Assistant at Oracle since November 2021, Raefer previously held positions at Amazon from November 2016 to November 2021, including Sr. Manager for AI Software Development and Head of Engineering for Conversational AI. Raefer's entrepreneurial background includes founding Delvv, Inc. and TruExchange, along with co-founding Reputation.com. Additional expertise includes investment roles at Alaricus Capital, where Raefer focused on early-stage startups and developed advanced trading systems. Raefer holds an AB in Physics from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
