Raghavendra Shetty is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within major organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Oracle's OCI in the JAPAC and EMEA regions, Raghavendra has previously held significant positions at Warner Bros. Discovery as Director & Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC and at Amazon as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader. Early in the career, Raghavendra developed expertise at Oracle in various roles including Manager of Talent Advisory and Senior Technical Recruiter. Raghavendra's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both awarded by Mangalore University.
