Rajiv Sharma

Rajiv Sharma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales leadership within the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Public Sector Sales at Oracle since November 2019, Rajiv leads a high-performance sales team focused on cloud, technology, and middleware products for both Central and State Governments in India. Prior roles include Director of Sales at Cisco, Country Head for Public Sector at DXC Technology, and Country Head for Public Sector at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed strategic growth planning and complex deal management. Beginning a career in 1995, Rajiv has developed a strong foundation in business development and customer relations across various technology organizations, complemented by a robust educational background with an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering.
