Rick Dell'Ara

Rick Dell'Ara is a highly experienced Senior Principal Product Experience Designer at Oracle since June 2018. With a diverse background in user experience and design, Rick co-founded Worksite, where responsibilities included overseeing quality user experience from marketing to product support, prior to its acquisition by Aconex. Rick served as a Senior Interaction Designer at Aconex from July 2015 until June 2018, and previously held positions as Creative Director at Broadchoice, Inc. and Art Director at both VirtualVisits and StudioGraphics. Rick has been a partner at Shelara, Inc. since 2010, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from California State University, Chico.
