In their current role, Samichie leads the design and implementation of technology solutions tailored for federal, state, local, and Tribal organizations. Previously, Samichie held strategic HR leadership positions at various federal agencies, including NASA, the FDA, and the Office of Naval Intelligence, where they significantly improved HR processes and workforce analytics. Additionally, as an elected School Board Member for Charles County Public Schools, they focus on governance, budget management, and community engagement to enhance educational policies. Samichie earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development from Bowie State University.
