Sandeep Mahajan

Sandeep Mahajan is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in cloud technologies and performance optimization. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Architecture, Cloud Reliability, and Scalability Engineering at Oracle since July 2007, Sandeep leads a global team focused on enhancing reliability, performance, and scalability for key Oracle Cloud offerings, including Oracle Analytics and IaaS. Sandeep has driven significant initiatives such as creating Cloud Performance Lifeguard tools for monitoring and diagnostics, implementing chaos testing strategies, and overseeing architecture rewrites to improve lifecycle management. Prior roles at Oracle include Senior Manager and Consulting Member of Technical Staff, where Sandeep contributed to foundational cloud services and middleware optimization. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Dorado, TradeBeam, OneBuild, and Sabre, demonstrating a strong history of enhancing system performance and architecture across multiple domains. Sandeep holds an education from The University of Toledo.
