Sandra Regan

Sandra Regan is the Vice President - EMEA Controller at Oracle, where they lead a diverse team in the Global Controller Organization. Prior to this role, Sandra held positions as Senior Finance Director and Regional Finance Director at Oracle from 2018 to 2023. Their career began in accountancy, concluding ACCA exams while working at an accountancy practice from 2001 to 2007 and later transitioning through roles at Avaya and Nortel Networks. Sandra also earned an Agile Leadership & Management certificate from The Open University in 2021 and holds a National Diploma in Accountancy from GMIT.
