Seema Bedi

Seema Bedi is an experienced professional with a strong background in payroll operations and management. At Oracle, from July 2017 to October 2020, Seema held various senior roles, including Senior Manager overseeing US Payroll operations for approximately 53,000 employees and Director of Global Cloud Implementation and Payroll Operations. Prior to this, Seema served as EMEA Regional Senior Manager for Payroll Operations at Oracle from January 2014 to October 2020, responsible for managing payroll operations across the EMEA region. Seema also has experience as a Deputy Store Manager and Senior Payroll Consultant at McDonald's from September 1994 to April 2006, and as Service Centre Manager at CGI from 2006 to January 2014. Seema holds a degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of West London.
