Selim Mimaroglu

Selim Mimaroglu is an AI executive and thought leader with over 15 years of experience bridging AI innovation and application. They currently serve as the Director of Data Science and Machine Learning at Oracle, where they lead multiple teams and have deployed over 100 production models generating significant annual revenue. Selim has held various academic positions, including as an Adjunct Professor at multiple universities and as an Associate Professor at Bahcesehir University and Okan University, where they focused on data science and machine learning. Previously, Selim was a Distinguished Software Engineer with the US Federal Government and co-founded Mimaroglu AI, driving operational excellence and innovation in AI solutions. They hold a PhD from UMass and are pursuing a Professional Certificate in Product Management from MIT.
