Shaida Hiekali

Shaida Hiekali currently serves as the Head of the Oracle Women’s Leadership Program for the Americas and has previous experience as a Senior Consultant for the same initiative. Hiekali also held the position of Regional Manager in Sales and Business Development. Additionally, Hiekali contributed as a Skimm'bassador at theSkimm and gained early career experience as an intern focusing on community management at Uber in Los Angeles. Hiekali's education includes pursuing a degree at UCLA Anderson School of Management from August 2023 to June 2025 and training at the Co-Active Training Institute from 2021 to 2023.
