Shayne Libby

Shayne Libby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Oracle Talent Advisory since September 2012, Shayne leads a talented team of Professional Talent Advisors, developing strategies to enhance Oracle's hiring processes. Prior to this role, Shayne held leadership positions at NetSuite, focusing on global sales recruiting and partner recruitment, and made significant contributions as a Senior Sales Recruiter. Additional experience includes sales roles at Cisco WebEx and ADP, as well as military service in the US Army. Educational background includes studies at Napa Valley College and San Jose City College.
