Tao Sheng

Tao Sheng is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Senior Director of AI and Machine Learning at Oracle since November 2021, overseeing R&D for Oracle's Generative AI and LLM initiatives. Previously, Tao held the position of Director of AI and Machine Learning at Oracle, managing teams focused on various AI services. Prior experience includes serving as an Applied Science Manager at Amazon, where leadership led to the successful delivery of notable AI/ML products, and as a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, contributing to AI/ML R&D that enhanced smartphone intelligence. Earlier roles also include Senior Engineer at Qualcomm and Software Engineer at Intel, both centered on AI/ML research and development.
