Tim Strategakos

Tim Strategakos is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development, product management, and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director - Product & AI Ops, Customer Support at Oracle Health, Tim manages engineering teams across multiple regions, overseeing critical services within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology Resiliency at Fidelity Investments and Managing Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Charles Schwab, where Tim led support for customer account technologies. At General Motors, Tim was responsible for enterprise tools and service management overseeing a vast application landscape, while at Dell Technologies, Tim held various leadership roles in IT capacity management and solutions delivery.
