Vishal Mehra

Vishal Mehra is an experienced professional with over 24 years in technology and product management, specializing in cloud infrastructure and architecture. At Oracle, from January 1998 to February 2022, Vishal served in various roles, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, leading initiatives for the rollout of Oracle Database on Azure and driving multi-cloud architecture efforts for global enterprise customers. Vishal has a strong background in AI/ML, microservices, and messaging, engaging with key executives to enhance application portfolios and data architectures. Leadership as North America Leader for the Platform and Infrastructure Cloud Center of Excellence involved generating substantial revenue and managing customer escalations. Previous consulting roles included collaboration with American Express on distributed architecture and serving as a Development Manager at both Oracle and Excite@Home. Vishal is pursuing a Certificate of Excellence in Technology Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, and has prior education from MIT Sloan School of Management.
