Zhong Cai

Zhong Cai is currently the Director of Development at Oracle, a position held since 2014, where they oversee several teams in the Fusion CX Service organization. Zhong has extensive experience in software development, having served as Senior Development Manager and Development Manager at Oracle, where they contributed to various high-profile projects such as Oracle Cloud Software Configuration Management and the Oracle Fusion Service. Zhong also worked as a Developer for a law office case management system and as a Technical Consultant for a large-scale train ticketing system. They began their career as a Research Engineer at Hewlett-Packard in China after earning a PhD in Electronics from Tsinghua University.
