Ana Cimadevilla Osorio has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2015, they worked at Coremain as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment, salary negotiation, and training. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance Instructor. In 2017, they joined BBVA España as part of the Talent and Culture - Human Resources team, before transitioning to Aizon as the Director of People and Organizational Development. In 2018, they co-founded HR AFTERWORK, an alternative community for HR professionals. Currently, they are the Head of People at Oradian.
