Matija Čupen

Matija Čupen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Matija joined Oradian in 2019 and currently serves as a Product Owner, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Business Analyst from October 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Oradian, Matija worked at BANKSOFT Banking Technologies Ltd. for a total of 13 years. Matija held the position of Team Lead from September 2016 to October 2019.

In 2016, Matija briefly worked at SV Group d.o.o. as a Software Architect from February to August.

From 2014 to 2016, Matija was again a Team Lead at BANKSOFT Banking Technologies Ltd. Before that, they served as a Product Manager from July 2013 to January 2014 and as a Software Developer from December 2006 to June 2013.

Matija Čupen's education history includes a Professional Baccalaureus Engineer of Information Technology degree from the University of Split - University Centre for Professional Studies, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, Matija completed a degree in Engineer of Computer Technology from the same institution, which was earned from 2001 to 2006. Before attending university, Matija completed high school at "Ivan Zakmardi Dijankovecki" from 1995 to 1999, and primary education at "Vladimir Nazor" Elementary School from 1987 to 1995.

In addition to their academic degrees, Matija also holds several certifications. Matija obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2022. They also completed a certification titled "Getting Started with Agile and Design Thinking" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in February 2020.
