Milena Drača has a diverse work experience. Milena is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Oradian since December 2022. Prior to that, they founded their own company called SWITCH Operations in August 2021, where they managed business operations and implemented improvement strategies for online businesses. Milena also worked as an Operations Manager at Insight Matters from November 2021 to December 2022. Milena has a strong background in banking, having held various positions at ProCredit Bank a.d Belgrade. Milena served as the Head of Banking services department from June 2020 to May 2021, the Head of Operations from July 2017 to June 2020, and worked as a Service Points Coordinator, Very small and agro business specialist, and Small Business Client Adviser at different times between March 2012 and May 2016.

Milena Drača obtained a Master's degree in International Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade. Milena pursued their education in this field from 2004 to 2010.
