Connie E. Sjoberg, Ph.D., currently serves as the University Registrar, Associate Professor of Psychology, and Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at Oral Roberts University since August 2009. Sjoberg oversees the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, which focuses on improving programs and increasing student success through systematic data analysis. In addition, Sjoberg holds the position of Accreditation Liaison Officer, facilitating communication with the Higher Learning Commission, and previously served as an Associate Professor of Psychology. Sjoberg's extensive experience includes consulting in higher education, providing institutional research assistance at Southern Nazarene University, and holding executive roles at Southwestern Christian University. Sjoberg earned a Ph.D. in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Oral Roberts University.
