Niels Olaf Østerberg

Niels Osterberg currently serves as the Chairperson of Østerberg Ice Cream since 2014 and has held the position of Director at Orana A/S since April 1999, emphasizing sustainability under the tagline "Quality by Nature." From June 2019 to March 2022, Niels was Chairperson at Restaurant Rudolf Mathis A/S, recognized as one of the premier fish restaurants. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Sales and R&D at Rynkeby Foods A/S from 1993 to 1999, and Division Manager and R&D Manager at Rynkeby Mosteri A/S from 1981 to 1993. Niels Osterberg holds a Master of Science degree in Physical Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark, completed between 1973 and 1979, and graduated from Kildegaards Gymnasium in 1973.
